Examples of previous expert testimonies:
- Lawsuit against a real estate inspector and agent, alleging that a pre-purchase inspection report did not identify significant defects in the property. We prepared an onsite inspection report and were deposed by attorneys representing both sides.
- Lawsuit alleging that an addition to an existing house was flawed and substandard. Prepared an onsite inspection report, and testimony was presented in court.
- Onsite inspections in preparation for threatened lawsuit likely alleging that a house seller did not properly disclose significant property defects.
