The Bertram Building.
We performed a pre-purchase inspection on this historic building, a registered Austin landmark building at 1600 Guadalupe in downtown Austin.
Built in 1860 by Rudolf Bertram and used for a number of functions, it is now a fine restaurant.
Historic Bed and Breakfast in Austin
We performed a buyer's inspection of this vintage Central Austin B&B, located in the South Austin Bouldin Creek Neighborhood.

We performed a pre-purchase commercial inspection on this very important historic building, built in 1860's, located on Austin's most important street, Congress Ave, downtown.
Downtown Georgetown, Texas
We inspected this historic landmark residence in Georgetown, Texas, built 1860's, for a buyer who intended to preserve it and operate a business in it.
The Byrne-Reed House
In December 2006, we inspected this historic building for Humanities Texas at 1410 Rio Grande Street in downtown Austin. More than a century old, the Byrne-Reed House, circa 1906, reflects a Texas vernacular style combining several popular architectural trends.
The house was converted to offices in the 1940s.
Our inspection contributed to Humanities Texas's ambitious plan to capture this building's original brilliance.
Humanities Texas plans to remove the stucco façade and return to the original interior floorplan.
Historic Home in South Austin
Our inspection of this historic home in the Bouldin Creek Neighborhood in South Central Austin helped the buyers to plan their renovation.
North Cottage, Bremond Block
We performed the pre-purchase inspection of the North Bellevue Cottage, built by Harvey North in 1879, in the Bremond Block Historic District in the center of downtown Austin. This Historic District has several magnificent homes beautifully restored. Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1970.
